About

Ciara is an experienced yoga teacher with nearly 13 years teaching and a personal relationship with yoga since childhood. Her approach is that movement is medicine, embodying our fullness takes time, tenderness and practice to unravel, unlearn and reset inner patterns and stories.

She has worked across the NHS within renal medicine, being part of the steering group and primary yoga teacher for Kidney Beam, an online wellbeing platform, as well as working therapeutically 1:1, in community and private groups. With the joy too, of hosting healing and rejuvenating retreats for people to rekindle a deeper relationship with themselves, the world around them and with others. This membership program is another step to offer all the tools she has gathered to more people who quest and long for it.
