About
This mini course covers the three initial foundations of coherent breathing: *Breathing through the nose *An even rate and rhythm to the pace of breathing *Inviting the breath into the belly - essentially this is harnessing healthy diaphragmatic breathing Why these foundations matter? Breathing profoundly influences emotions, mental balance, physiology and neuro-biology. From reducing 'hyper-vigilance' in the system that might be presenting as poor sleep, skin presentations, low mood or anxiety, to harnessing the power of permitting yourself to meet the moment - the presence to our own unique life-force - our breath is the anchor and reliable companion we have from first to last breath in this body. By the end of this mini course, 'How to Breathe Well For Health: An introduction to Coherent Breathing', you will have a better felt understanding of breathing for health. And begin to deepen your already innate awareness of the myriad connections between breathing habits and patterns and the effects on the inner state. Welcome to your agency, autonomy and sovereignty.
